Return

DigiTel One Sagl offers a limited return service.

Before sending the biosgna material be authorized by the service restiruzioni you find in the contacts.

1. The return will be accepted based on the following criteria:
2. The product is in its original packaging unopened and undamaged.
3. The product was not used.
4. Fonite accessories are all available.
5. Product documentation is all available and undamaged.
6. The receipt of the product is not beyond 14 calendar days.
7. The return has been authorized by the returns service.

For the calculation of the 14 rounds the return request sent to the returns service will be used as proof.

The return of the products will always be at the customer's expense and risk.

The reimbursement paid will always be the purchase price of the article only, less a 20% reduction.

No right of return in the following cases:

1. Product used.
2. Original packaging not available or damaged.
3. Sealed or welded articles open.
4. Terms of return expired.
5. The return was not authorized by the returns service.

Refunds will be covered by DigiTel One Sagl in the event of returning products other than the one ordered or not ordered.
